Do I own the lights?

Yes. Your first-season price includes custom-fit commercial-grade lights that you own, along with installation, in-season maintenance, removal, and storage. Returning seasons are priced separately for reinstallation and service.

What happens if a light stops working?

Season-long maintenance is included. Contact us and we’ll return to address issues with your Bethlehem-installed display.

When are the lights removed?

Removal is scheduled after the holiday season. We organize and store your custom-cut display so it is ready for the following year.

How is my quote calculated?

We consider the display scope, materials, height, access, and installation complexity. Choose a phone estimate or an in-person design consultation; we confirm the final price after verifying measurements and installation details.

Is there a minimum project size?

Yes. First-season installations start at $500. This includes custom-fit commercial-grade lights that you own, professional installation, in-season maintenance, removal, and storage.

How do I reserve my installation?

After approving your custom design, a 50% nonrefundable deposit reserves your lighting equipment and installation date. The remaining balance is due when installation is complete.

Do returning customers pay the same price?

Returning displays are priced lower because you already own your custom-fit lights. We confirm the returning-season installation and service price before scheduling.

Where do you provide service?

We serve Lubbock and surrounding communities. Submit your property address and we’ll confirm availability.
