What affects the price?
Roofline length, roof height, access, materials, and the areas you choose to light determine the total.
Start with front rooflines and peaks. Side and back rooflines, ridges, or walkway lighting can be added to your proposed scope. Residential and commercial properties are quoted individually.
Future seasons cost less.
Your lights are custom-fit to your property and belong to you. You already own the lights after the first season, so future quotes cover reinstallation and seasonal care rather than buying the display again.
Reserve your installation.
Choose a phone estimate or an in-person visit. Once you approve the written quote, a 50% deposit reserves your installation under your service agreement. The balance is due when installation is complete.
