The front roofline and peaks give your home a clear Christmas outline without needing to decorate every surface. We plan the lights around the edges of your home and confirm the measurements, roof access, and electrical supply before installation. Your quote identifies the areas included in the display.
Choose the coverage that fits.
Start with the street-facing roofline, or ask to include side and back rooflines and ridges. Walkway lighting can be discussed as an addition. Tell us what you have in mind in the optional notes field; you do not need to pick a package or measure your roof before requesting an estimate. We use commercial-grade C9 LEDs. Choose warm white, multicolor, or a color combination that suits your Christmas style. A timer is included.
Your lights, with complete seasonal care.
Your first-season price includes custom-fit commercial-grade lights that you own. Installation, in-season maintenance, takedown, and storage are included. After the holidays, we remove, label, and store the display for the following year. Returning-season installation and service are quoted separately because you already own your lights.
A clear quote before you commit.
Choose a phone estimate or an in-person visit. Pricing depends on roofline length, materials, height, access, and the additions you select. First-season installations start at $400. Your written quote confirms the scope and applicable taxes. After approval, a 50% deposit reserves your installation under your separate service agreement, with the balance due at installation completion.
