Quote requests and estimates

This website lets you request information and a quote from Bethlehem Holiday Lighting. Submitting the form does not create a booking, require a purchase, or guarantee service availability. Phone estimates, photos, aerial measurements, and design mockups are preliminary. Final scope and pricing depend on verified measurements, materials, height, roof condition, electrical access, and installation complexity. Applicable taxes and any additional charges will be identified in your written quote.

Scope, ownership, and scheduling

Your approved written quote and separate service agreement define the materials, display, installation, maintenance, removal, storage, and any exclusions. First-season displays include custom-fit lights you own, as stated in your quote; future reinstallation and service are priced separately. Dates depend on availability, material supply, safe access, and weather. Unsafe conditions may require rescheduling. Photos and mockups illustrate possible designs and do not guarantee an identical result.

Payment and cancellation

The current booking arrangement is a 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due upon installation completion, unless your written agreement says otherwise. Deposits reserve time and custom materials. Payments are nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law and as explained in the separate agreement you accept before paying. These website terms do not waive any statutory cancellation or refund rights, including rights that may apply to an eligible sale made at your home. Any legally required cancellation notice will be supplied with the applicable agreement. If we cannot perform the agreed service, we will address rescheduling or any refund required by law and the agreement.

Property access and maintenance

You must have authority to approve work at the property and provide safe access and suitable electrical outlets. Tell us about known roof, electrical, or access issues. Included maintenance applies to the Bethlehem-installed display within the scope and season in your agreement. Changes, damage from third parties, severe weather, or unrelated electrical problems may require separately approved work. Contact us before altering installed equipment.

Roofline + Walkway package offer

$150 off applies to new-customer, first-season installs that include front roofline and walkway lighting. Quote approved and 50% deposit paid by Nov 25, 2026. Can’t be combined with other offers.

Communications

When you submit a request, you ask us to call or email about your inquiry and requested services. This does not authorize unrelated marketing calls. To request no further calls or emails, contact (806) 772-0021 or info@bethlehemholidaylighting.com.

Website use and applicable agreements

Use the site lawfully and submit accurate information. Website content is informational and may be corrected if an error is discovered; we will confirm changes before you approve a quote. The separately accepted written quote and service agreement govern your purchased service. Nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived. Texas law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections.
